Alexandra Paul, MD

Dr. Alexandra (Allie) Paul is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgeon at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. Dr. Paul specializes in endovascular and microsurgical neurosurgery for the treatment of a variety of cerebrovascular diseases including aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, carotid stenosis, acute stroke, intracranial stenosis and brain tumors as well as many other neurosurgical diseases.

As Vice President of the ACE Society, she plays a key role in supporting internal operations, documentation, and member engagement, with a focus on advancing procedural education and clinical communication.
